Special considerations in the design of foundations and subgrade structures were required in the design of this 10-story office building due to its location in an area where flooding and possible erosion may occur during major storm activities. This 200,000 sf building included a large 2-story atrium at the lobby area.
The project also included a 7-story, free-standing parking garage for 800 cars. The garage was also designed to accommodate a future eight floors of parking.
