Set in South Florida Mediterranean-style architecture and incorporating the tropical landscape on 250 acres, the renovation and expansion of Gulfstream Park continues a 67-year tradition of thoroughbred racing and adding entertainment venues for families.

Design/build in two phases, the entire project was completed in a record 16 months.

The first phase added four new dormitory buildings, stables and the equipment maintenance facility. The phase was fast-tracked to ensure completion prior to the race season.

The final phase included a new 350,000 SF four-story clubhouse, luxury suites and grandstand. There are five restaurants from casual to formal dining including 1,200-seat banquet dining, state-of-the-art amphitheatre and movie theatre, retail/office complex, and casino. Structural framing system utilized for the new clubhouse consisted of cast-in-place concrete columns, composite precast floor system and structural steel roof.
