   loft-style homes in Fort Lauderdale Florida.    They  wanted their brand to reflect the easy-
   going lifestyle of living in Downtown
   Fort Lauderdale near the yatch clubs. The
   logo with its billowly flag and watery colors
   captured that feel with the cover of the
   brochure giving a glimps of what you might
   see when pearing outside of the picturesque
   windows.
