City Furniture is one of Florida’s most successful furniture retailers. Far from your typical “box” furniture store, the 94,000 sf, LEED certified Silver structure features sweeping roof lines, curved exterior walls, and canted curtain walls. Several framing systems were used to accommodate the different exterior finishes. Creative engineering solutions are provided to address the geometric complexities of the structure.
