The goal of this project is to enhance the acoustical quality of the auditorium and to add additional seating. The 75,000-sf renovations include the addition of balcony seating, new masonry sound walls, renovation and expansion of proscenium opening, weight gallery and underslung counter weight rigging system, catwalks, and new orchestra lift.

The expansion includes a new 25,000-sf four-story office building, increased back stage area, and the addition of four stair towers and three elevators.
