This project is the conversion of a 200,000 square foot existing building into a mega church with a 10,000 seat sanctuary with stadium seating, classrooms, offices, and workshop spaces. In the sanctuary almost all of the existing columns are removed and the roof height nearly doubled, facilitated by deep, long-span custom steel trusses spanning 150 feet. The project will introduce 35,000 square feet of office and classroom mezzanines into the building. Three new grand entrances are cut into the existing façade.
